MuslimFest to me is place where you make lifelong friends, learn and grow as an individual and is a truly unique event, unlike any other that unites the Muslim community. The best feeling for me at MF is when I can see the hours and hours of work the team puts in paying off

Most Memorable Moment: Taking Maher Zain shopping at Square One and hanging out with all the artists in general.

MFEST is the bridge between my Muslim faith and Canadian identity. This festival allows us to share our stories, grow as a community and strengthen our narrative of peace, love, and friendship. The best part of MuslimFest is working with an amazing team! I love meeting new faces, working together and creating content for everyone to enjoy.

MuslimFest for me is an opportunity to not only relax from professional life but also an opportunity to relish every hour of my aspiration and passion to work for my community.

MuslimFest is an exponential curve for me. The experience starts slowly and gradually and as the event nears, the workload built and built until the event itself is over. This event tests your patience, your ingenuity, your stamina, your stress tolerance, your ethics as a Muslim and every tool in your toolbelt.

In the end, nothing beats the feeling when an event comes to life as planned, and Muslim fest you can share these moments with a team of like-minded people who have been working extensive hours to make that moment happen!

Thanks to my great operations and procurement team: Aliyyah Khan, Taha Ali, Rohail Ansari and Mohammad Rehan
